Terms of Service

Who can use HAO

The Service is intended for people 13 and older. If you use the Service on behalf of a business (for example, as a stylist or salon), you confirm you are authorized to do so.

Your account

Some features require an account. Keep your login details secure and your information accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at hello@haohairdays.com if you notice unauthorized use.

Hair Brief™, AI tools, and credits

HAO offers AI-assisted tools, including My Hair Brief™, AI try-ons, Hair Fortune 髮籤, and Color Match™. These tools produce cosmetic suggestions and AI-generated previews for inspiration and planning only. They are not professional, medical, or safety advice, and any result shown on your photo is a simulation, not a guarantee of a real-world outcome.

Some AI features use credits. Free credits are provided as a limited weekly allowance, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may change or expire. We may adjust credit amounts, pricing, or availability at any time.

Stylists, salons, and connections

HAO is a platform that helps you discover stylists, salons, and looks, and prepare for appointments. Stylists and salons are independent third parties. HAO does not provide hair services, does not employ the stylists listed, and is not responsible for the services, advice, pricing, or conduct of any stylist or salon. Any appointment, service, or payment you arrange with a stylist or salon is between you and them.

Your content

You may upload photos and information (your "Content") to use the Service. You keep ownership of your Content. You grant HAO a limited license to store, process, and display your Content as needed to operate the Service for you (for example, to generate your Hair Brief™ or a try-on preview). Only upload photos you have the right to use; do not upload images of other people without their permission.

Acceptable use

Please use the Service lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to break, scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service, do not upload unlawful or infringing content, and do not use the Service to harass others or misrepresent your identity.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, text, software, and the HAO hair days, My Hair Brief™, and related marks, belongs to Superb Talents LLC or its licensors. These Terms do not give you rights to our marks or content except to use the Service as intended.

Third-party services

The Service works with third-party providers (for example, our hosting and AI providers, Perfect Corp for try-ons, payment processors, and Google). Your use of those features may also be subject to the third party's terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. AI outputs and cosmetic guidance may be inaccurate or incomplete and are not a substitute for a professional consultation. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any result you see will match a real salon outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Superb Talents LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or, if you paid nothing, US$100.

Changes

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Material changes to these Terms will be shown by a new effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you misuse the Service or breach these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
